NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Winn Parish Police Jury will be receiving bids on Culverts (plastic & metal), CRS2 Emulsion, Grader Blades, Gravel & Stone, Base Material & Pit Run, Fuel & Oil, Tires & Tubes for the 2026 calendar year beginning Friday, October 3, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. and ending Friday, October 24, 2025 at 2:00 o’clock p.m. Bid specifications may be obtained at the office of the Secretary/Treasurer in the Parish Courthouse, 119 W. Main Street, Winnfield, LA between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Bids must be in a sealed envelope with “SEALED BID” marked clearly on the envelope along with the item you are bidding on. Bids will be awarded to the lowest bidder at the regular monthly meeting of the Jury, which will be held on Monday, November 17, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. The Jury reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
